Ottenuta esclusivamente da Malvasia istriana, questo vino si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino cristallino, profumi intensi di mela matura, agrumi e fiori bianchi, con sottili accenni erbacei. Al palato è secco, rinfrescante e particolarmente beverino, con una marcata mineralità e un finale armonico.
