REFOSCO
Refosco is a variety with a long tradition in the Adriatic region, known for its vibrancy, fruitiness, and expressive character. Our Refosco comes from vineyards in Istria, where it produces wine that is fresh, strong, and pleasantly drinkable on a daily basis.
It has a deep ruby-red color with purple tones. The nose reveals aromas of ripe cherries, blueberries, violets, and subtle earthy notes. On the palate, it is dry, medium to full-bodied, with fresh acidity and smooth tannins, making it both easy to drink and gastronomic.
