REFOŠK BARRIQUE
Refošk Barrique from Vinarija Dešković is a more mature, serious interpretation of this traditional variety, refined through aging in barrique barrels and large wooden casks. This process enhances its fruitiness, adds layers of spice, and softens its natural freshness.
The wine has a deep ruby-purple color. The nose reveals aromas of ripe blackberries, black cherries, plums, black pepper, and subtle hints of cocoa, vanilla, and smoke. On the palate, it is dry and full-bodied, with pronounced but smooth tannins, distinctive freshness, and a long, velvety finish.
